The fashion shows in New York, London, Milan and Paris have ended, important catwalks that have dictated the trends of the next Spring Summer 2025 season.

In this post I tried to highlight the most important ones, or as always, the ones I liked the most.

I’ll start right away with one of the main colors of the season, a color that I’ve always loved and that, alone or combined with other shades, immediately makes summer sophisticated. I’m talking about BROWN chocolate, tobacco, toffee, walnut, rust, coffee, cinnamon, bran, etc. etc.

Almost all designers and fashion houses have proposed it, some in a very elegant and sophisticated way (Max Mara – Gucci), others more casual, many have proposed brown by dyeing the leather in this shade, in fact after so much black, here in spring the leather will be dyed brown.

Another important theme will be that of the EMBROIDERY, embellished, handmade. Many of the garments that have paraded for the next season were studded with embroidery, applications, precious details that brought them closer to couture. It will be a rich, princely summer, where the dress, which have forcefully returned to fashion, will be characterized by very precious fabrics and interventions, by day and by night!

Stripes, forever stripes, always magical and summery. They give that very Parisian allure that needs nothing more than a striped piece. But for next summer they will be much less obvious, they will in fact be irregular, symmetrical and asymmetrical, not necessarily blue and white, but also colored and above all used on unusual styles such as oversized shirts, skirts, or studded with sequins or pearls, to become high fashion.
