These are the themes / trends present almost everywhere, some completely opposite each other, such as black, the dominant color, but also white, or feminine and sexy styles alongside others that are very chaste and shapeless.

OVER We are now used to out of control oversize cuts, especially huge jackets with inevitably drooping shoulders; the upper part of the body is highlighted as if we wanted to enhance it, raise it to a statue / tribute. It is not an easy trend in everyday life, but always original.

BROWN It is the third dominant color, after black and white. A brown with various shades, caramel (the most beautiful), bronzed, coffee, beige, sienna … it is always very elegant and refined, especially in summer. Very nice also in the leather proposals (Hermes, Loewe and Bottega Veneta).

Denim Again a lot of denim, but this time it is present not only as a fabric proposal, in these fashion shows it has retained an authentic soul, with basic and tailored cuts at the same time. I found the “easy” solutions like a shirt or denim trousers stolen from the boy-friend, or the combination with leatherl. The proposals by Trussardi and Burberry are very beautiful, pure jeans but with a couture allure.

Cargo Pocket trousers, very popular in the early nineties, are back in the limelight for next summer 2023. They no longer have that aggressive and military spirit of the past, but are more fluid, made with precious fabrics. I find them very interesting, especially if you are young and physically fit enough. But they can also be interesting for those who are more agée, worn with heels and a beautiful precious shirt.

Formal Sartorial and formal lines, perfect for a business lunch, or on any occasion where you want to be elegant in a discreet way. The undisputed king for this style is Armani, who has always created beautiful jackets, fluid and feminine suits, perfect at 360 ° and around the clock. Jil Sander’s proposals are also beautiful.

Many trends have been characterized by light-heartedness, such as the proposals for vitamin colors, light and fluttering dresses, shorts and minis, etc …. Other proposals were much more gloomy and obscure, one of all the undisputed presence of black (see post of 10 October), a color not really suitable for a summer season. Certainly the covid, the war in Ukraine and the energy crisis did not help the most optimistic part of creativity; fashion has always been the portrait of society, these last three years have put everyone to the test, fashion could not be exempt from all this.
